Our Story

This year in 2025, my husband (Justin) and I (Gaby) are making a career-changing move to a farm on the South Coast to grow gourmet and medicinal mushrooms and produce handmade, pure, potent organic functional mushroom tinctures. I’ve been a Traditional Chinese/Korean Medicine practitioner for over 20 years, dedicated to holistic healing and traditional methods, while Justin has built a career in video production, bringing stories to life through film.

As a German trained nurse and always having a passion for natural health, it was while travelling in South East Asia in the 1980’s and 1990’s where I really became interested in traditional herbal medicine. Learning from local healers, especially in China, I discovered the powerful medicinal properties of mushrooms and how they’ve been used for centuries to support immunity, cognitive function and overall health and well-being.

Now we’re putting that knowledge into practice by cultivating a variety of gourmet and functional mushrooms, including Lion’s Mane, Reishi, Chaga, Turkey Tail and Cordyceps. Using sustainable and organic farming techniques, we are creating high-quality, dual-extracted tinctures to share with a growing community seeking natural wellness solutions and ethically produced products.

With my expertise in eastern medicine and Justin’s background in storytelling and branding, we aim to share our knowledge and inspire others about the benefits of functional mushrooms. Our farm, nestled in the South Downs, is more than just a business, it’s a mission to reconnect people with the healing power of nature.
